I guide you through slow, mindful, spiritual Vinyasa Yoga with the strong focus on matching the breath with the movements of the body. There are no fast movements in my classes, as you would be missing the real depth of concentration and mindfulness with no chance to gain the real strength of our body. When we move fast, we don't pay attention to what actually is happening while we move and we are just focused on the final destination of the pose. Same like in the life itself. My teaching is not about how the posture looks like, but how does your body feel inside. Only through the real understanding of our body, we can understand then the connection of our Breath as Spirit within our Body along with our Mind, and create
